- Weekly Landscaping service is usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.

- Twice weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Tuesdays and Fridays in the morning.

This house boasts a large heated pool and Jacuzzi. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins located in the alley behind the house through the gate on the right side of the back yard. Please place garbage in the outdoor bins prior to checkout.

- We Absolutely do not allow parties, receptions, or events, please call the office for special requests. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation and no refunds will be issued. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.
