Overall, excellent experience. It was our second stay in this very apartment. First time we rented through airbnb, but then figured out there was a local service that charged less. Superb location. The place is simple and in need of some renovation and deeper cleaning, definitely not for a luxury vacation, but is very well worth the money.

The location was excellent, and the price was very good! The house was clean but needs some work to be considered a 5 star rating. The furniture can use an update, beds are very stiff and some of the furniture is starting to fall apart. All in all I am satisfied with my stay and they accommodated us on very short notice for a very fair price!

The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants along the boardwalk. The beds were firm but comfortable, and the place was clean.

This was a great place to stay, aside from the sofas being a little worn out, there was really nothing to complain about. The location was perfect, the size was great, and the setup was even better than expected!

The second-floor apartment is cleaned, spacious and has a great floor plan. Best of all is the location near the beach and Hollywood beach walkway.

Everything You Could Hope For!!

Our entire family stayed here as we were in town for a wedding. Everything was as described in the listing. In fact, the house exceeded all our hopes for what our "home away from home" could be. One day, we hung in the pool while we grilled our lunch, having plenty of room for all of us to relax in the sun, fill a plate and find a seat at the table on the pool deck. Another day, we put the March Madness games on the big TV and cheered on our favorite teams. Finally, when it came to wedding prep, we had ample room for all of us to get ready at the same time. The bedrooms and bathrooms gave us all tons of space to get prepped and walk out of the house looking great!

Just like with any VRBO and a large group, you'll probably want to grab a few of your essentials (i.e., shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) to supplement what was provided at check in.

Checking in and checking out were an absolute breeze!

Our wedding was at The Ancient Spanish Monastery, which was only a 12-15 minute drive, so the location worked SO WELL for us! The neighborhood was easy to get in and out of, parking was convenient and exactly what we needed. And, the house's proximity to an I-95 exit made it so easy to get out and go!

I highly recommend this spot, especially if you have a large group of friends or family, for a trip to the Miami sand and sun!

I was very satisfied with the service from ValGal Vacation rentals.
We had rented a 3 bedroom house 1 block off the Dania Beach. Apparently the owners decided to extend their stay and cancelled our fully paid for rental. Would be nice if VRBO would stand up for those renting instead of the home owners. Why not require them to honor the contract?
ValGal decided to move us to a 5 bdrm house, which was absolutely lovely. However, it was now a 20 min drive to the beach. We chose the house in Dania because it was 1 block to the beach, not 20 minutes.
Overall the vacation was nice despite ValGal not understanding our request.
